One can also identify new calls for proposals, of Horizon 2020 programme for example, by accessing the Participant Portal as all the new opportunities are listed there. The professors and researchers are in charge of preparing their proposals. However, the Project Management Office provides support, namely:
However, the proposal budget should be sent to the Project Management Office (UProj) at the latest five days before the deadline, so that a viability check can be run. Besides, a pdf version of the proposal and budget should also be sent to UProj at the latest five days before the deadline, so that the dean of the faculty where the professor/research is based can validate the proposal. After submission, the final version of the proposal should be sent to UProj, so that all the information can be inserted in UProj information system.
